"The support from Psyche is fantastic, and their training is second to none. I love working with these people. I had a database error, and they were on it within an hour."

"The support we receive from Psyche is excellent. We get almost immediate responses and reasonable resolution of our problems and requests for bug and error fixes. Overall, we find that problems are resolved usually within four hours. The support people are actually proactive and will contact us once a problem is resolved to see that we are satisfied with how it was resolved. This is very unusual in the healthcare industry."
