Wraps Up Successful Show at USCAP Conference
Laboratory Software Vendor Announces Trivia Contest Winner
Milford, Mass., February 21, 2006 – Psyche Systems Corporation announced today that it has just completed its thirteenth consecutive exhibit at the United States and Canadian Anatomic Pathology’s 95th Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting represented the USCAP’s third in a succession of successful conferences, in which turnout of approximately 3,100 registrants exceeded expectations. The focus of this year’s meeting was on New Horizons in Molecular Oncology.
Psyche Systems introduced two new innovations in laboratory connectivity at the show. Both Psyche’s Web outreach portal for online ordering and results reporting, sold together or separately as e.reports and e.orders, as well as its breakthrough EMR Internet Interface, allow laboratories to easily share information from its WindoPath® anatomic pathology information system with affiliated providers. Both offerings were exceptionally well received, as lab connectivity and system interoperability, in particular, were major interests of concerns for many booth visitors.
Psyche Systems also announced the winner of its 30 th Anniversary promotional contest, in which entrants were asked to return response cards bearing the correct answer to a trivia question for a chance to win an Apple iPod® nano. The contest was a great success drawing participants from across the U.S. The winner of the contest was selected and contacted immediately following the meeting.
