We are happy to announce that we have ranked number 1 for this market segment category of all Anatomic Pathology solutions for larger labs that were evaluated. WindoPath scored over 6 points higher than the next leading system in this category. 100% of our customers in this category said that they would buy us again. We also scored a 7.9, out of a possible 9, in Product Quality Rating.

Overall we are pleased with our results from the Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards Software and Professional Services Report* released in December 2010. We will continue to strive to be the best in every market segment for each of our products.

“Psyche has helped us to do some business activities that would have been impossible with Cerner at a cost we could have managed. We provide lab pathology services to different hospital systems and are able to get the security we need to be in compliance with HIPAA regulations. There has yet to be a business activity that Psyche has constrained us on.”
“The reporting capabilities available out of the Psyche WindoPath system are in depth and strong. There are numerous standard reports that meet the majority of our needs. The reports are formatted so that our pathologists are satisfied with the quality of the final reports they send out. Our management reports are also in depth and meet the requirements of our upper management. We are also able to find and extract data quickly and produce customized reports.”
“Things are going well with WindoPath. We have our ADT interface going, and the billing automatically comes over now. The office staff doesn't have to manually enter charges. In fact, they don't even need to think about it. We will be getting an interface to our clinical system soon, which will give doctors the ability to see pathology results just like they see other results. It will make everyone's lives a little easier. The HL7 interface for ADT was easy, but we did have some problems with the billing.”

“The support we receive from Psyche is excellent. They have trained people who are very knowledgeable about an anatomic pathology operation. They know their system and how it works in an AP setting. When we call in, we are able to explain the problem quickly and only once, and the people at Psyche will understand what we are talking about and are generally able to resolve that problem within four to six hours. Even complex problems are resolved within 24 hours. In addition, when we call in, if we reach someone who can’t help us initially, we are escalated to someone who can. Overall, we feel we definitely are getting our money’s worth for the support we receive.”
“We feel WindoPath is a solid-performing AP system that has in-depth feature functionality. We have had very little unscheduled downtime, and our pathologists use this system extensively. Overall, we are very satisfied with the performance of WindoPath in our anatomic pathology department.”
