Customers should be aware that their software license agreement with Psyche Systems is a confidential document between themselves and Psyche Systems. Details of individual agreements should not be shared on any public or private forum site. Any disclosure or discussion in full or in part of the terms of their agreement will constitute a breech of their agreement.

Our forums are intended to build a community of Psyche Systems users for the purpose of sharing experiences, overcoming simple issues, and to share expert tips and tricks. While we expect solutions to be provided to everyday issues, this forum does not replace our robust technical support department or individual relationships with your Psyche Systems account manager, we expect that our customers will continue to seek our expert help using established channels for support and service. Additionally we request that any individual's private contact information remain confidential.

Psyche Systems Customer Forum - Privacy policy

This policy explains in detail how “Psyche Systems Customer Forum” along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Psyche Systems Customer Forum”, “URL”) and vBulletin (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “vBulletin software”, “www.vBulletin.com”, “vBulletin Group”, “vBulletin Teams”) use any information collected during any session of usage by you (hereinafter “your information”).

Your information is collected in two ways.
