By accessing "Psyche Systems Customer Forum" (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "Psyche Systems Customer Forum", "http://www.psychesystems.com/forum"), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by the following terms, do not access and/or use "Psyche Systems Customer Forum". We reserve the right to change or update these at any time and we will make every effort to notify you of changes, however, it is your responsibility to review this regularly. By continuing to use the "Psyche Systems Customer Forum", you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
We would like to remind users that these forums are for the free exchange of ideas between Psyche Systems customers’ and Psyche Systems. This is not a public message board, all information should be treated as confidential correspondence between members of the Psyche Systems network of users. No information that would violate HIPPA regulations should be posted to the forum boards at any time.
Customers should be aware that their software license agreement with Psyche Systems is a confidential document between themselves and Psyche Systems. Details of individual agreements should not be shared on any public or private forum site. Any disclosure or discussion in full or in part of the terms of their agreement will constitute a breech of their agreement.
Our forums are intended to build a community of Psyche Systems users for the purpose of sharing experiences, overcoming simple issues, and to share expert tips and tricks. While we expect solutions to be provided to everyday issues, this forum does not replace our robust technical support department or individual relationships with your Psyche Systems account manager, we expect that our customers will continue to seek our expert help using established channels for support and service. Additionally we request that any individual's private contact information remain confidential.

Although the administrators and moderators of Psyche Systems Customer Only Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is unlikely that we will be able to review every message/post. All messages express the views of the individual author, and neither Psyche Systems, Psyche Systems Customer Only Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexual-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws.
The owners of Psyche Systems Customer Only Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Psyche Systems Customer Forum - Privacy policy
This policy explains in detail how “Psyche Systems Customer Forum” along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Psyche Systems Customer Forum”, “URL”) and vBulletin (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “vBulletin software”, “www.vBulletin.com”, “vBulletin Group”, “vBulletin Teams”) use any information collected during any session of usage by you (hereinafter “your information”).
Your information is collected in two ways. First, browsing “Psyche Systems Customer Forum” will cause the vBulletin software to create a number of cookies, which are small text files that are downloaded on to your computer’s web browser temporary files. The first two cookies contain a user identifier (hereinafter “user-id”) and an anonymous session identifier (hereinafter “session-id”), automatically assigned to you by the vBulletin software. A third cookie will be created once you have browsed topics within “Psyche Systems Customer Forum” and is used to store which topics have been read, thereby improving your user experience.

Psyche Systems never sends unsolicited commercial e-mailing. We may send notices on forum updates, changes to the privacy policy, or other important elements unrelated to advertising.
