Corporate Structure
Psyche Systems is managed under a hierarchical structure of interlocking teams. These self-directed teams have been created to comprise an open environment of discussion on how to best serve our customers. Each group is tasked with a responsibility and is given the authority to carry out that task. Periodically we create sub-group teams to tackle current problems or resolve transient issues. This structure allows us to maintain constant interaction among our employees. Because of this aspect, our customers find that we are all well informed of current situations and able to respond more quickly as a group to their needs.

It's this dynamic group organization system that fosters strong employee loyalty and infuses energy and innovation into all aspects of Psyche's operations. The advantages of this hierarchical group structure pervade every level of the organization. At the highest level, a Directions Group serves as the corporate leadership for Psyche Systems, responsible for setting the vision and directing the daily operations of the company. In this capacity, a group of talented individuals, whom each bring strengths in various areas, together act as the Executive Team.

Customers provide regular input into the R&D process, both formally through our semi-annual user symposium and Executive Advisory Group and informally through correspondence with Psyche employees. All employees receive training on the content, purpose and meaning of the Quality Policy as part of their Total Quality Leadership training. In addition, copies of this policy are given to employees as well as posted in prominent places to enhance employee awareness of the Quality Policy.
